Penny

Penny is my rescue Dachshund. We have an exceptional bond as if she knew that she would have been in puppy heaven had I not taken her. I worked at a veterinary clinic where I helped deliver a litter of dachshund puppies, penny begin one of them. 3 Months later her new owner brought her into the veterinary clinic where she was diagnosed with parvo virus and biliary all at ones. After 2 weeks the owners vet bill was too high and she had only been going backwards. He made the hard decision the put her down, but my heart had grown so attached to this little blue eyed girl and I then requested permission to adopt het from him. After some time in hospital and rehabilitation she is health, happy and attached to my hip. She rules the roost at home and is always happy and smily like she knows….
