Bulla was rescued when he was 11 weeks old along with his litter mates. As an inspector at the Spca I was alerted to a complaint where he was found. The parents were being bred and pups being sold, but the complaint was that the pups were housed in a sand cage at the back of the property with no interaction. I managed to secure the pups on inspection by offering free sterilization to both mom and dad. Along with other education and improvements on their living conditions, the pups were removed and placed up for adoption. Bulla however remained anti social, underweight and sickly. I took Bulla home the same night and made it my mission to show him how life should be for any animal. Bulla was seen by a vet and treated for worms and malnutrition. He never showed any puppy traits while I had him. Remained reserved and only wanted to be around animals. After 6 months with me, sleeping in my bed and countless hours of gaining his trust, bulla turned into the bull terrier he was meant to be. The most loving, obedient, strong willed dog I've ever owned and rescued. Bulla will be 6 years old 4th of November but will always be mommies baby boy. He loves his jersey in the winter and loves playing with water in the summer. Bulla loves cheese and his daily treats. Always first in line and gives both Paws with so much excitement. Bulla also loves having the parlor come to our house and cries like a baby to make sure they do him first. All round, I couldn't have asked for a better companion than him. He saved me the day I saved him.
